The current picture
Canada's temporary measures following the 2023 earthquakes in Syria and Türkiye ended. Syrian nationality by itself does not create a separate current sponsorship class. A person may qualify under ordinary Canadian immigration or refugee pathways based on their own circumstances.

Refugee resettlement
Refugees outside Canada may be considered through government-assisted referrals, eligible private sponsorship or the blended visa office-referred program, subject to the rules for each channel.
Work or study
A genuine job offer or admission from a designated learning institution may lead to a regular permit application if all requirements are met. Financial evidence and admissibility still matter.

Avoid false promises
The earthquake-related special measures ended in 2024. There is no verified general 'Syrian girls sponsorship' stream; do not pay for a purported special place.
